Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using Tally (the "Service") operated by Sabi LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Tally is a payment verification service that helps businesses verify bank transfers and mobile money transactions. The Service allows users to scan QR codes or enter transaction reference numbers to verify payment details.

Tally is a bookkeeping tool. It reads a bank or wallet receipt to confirm that a payment arrived and records the sale. Tally never holds, moves or transmits money, and it is not a bank, a payment provider or a financial institution.

2. Third-Party Services and Independence

3. Verification Methods

Our Service performs payment verification using publicly available resources and interfaces. Specifically:

• We utilize publicly accessible verification endpoints and APIs provided by financial institutions for transaction verification purposes.
• We do not have direct access to any bank's internal systems, databases, or proprietary information.
• Verification results are based on publicly available transaction data and may be subject to delays or limitations imposed by the respective financial institutions.
• We do not store, process, or have access to your banking credentials, account balances, or sensitive financial information beyond what is necessary for transaction verification.

4. Use of Third-Party Trademarks and Logos

The Service displays logos and names of various banks and financial institutions. These are used under the following conditions:

• All bank logos, names, and trademarks displayed in the Service are the property of their respective owners.
• We use publicly available versions of these logos solely for the purpose of identifying supported payment verification services.
• Such use does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation between Tally and these institutions.
• If any trademark owner objects to our use of their marks, we will promptly remove or modify such usage upon written request.

5. Accounts and Workspaces

When you create an account or workspace with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and workspace codes that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password or workspace codes to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Tally is sold as a subscription. Every Workspace is on a named plan. A Workspace that registers itself starts on Tally Shop. A Workspace moves to another plan through our team.

Billing interval. A subscription is billed monthly. Quarterly and annual billing are arranged with our team.

Prices. Prices are in Ethiopian Birr. VAT is charged on top. This page states no price, because a price can change.

Free trial. A new Workspace on Tally Shop starts with a free trial of one day. The trial needs no payment and no card.

How payment works. We store no card, and we never charge you automatically. The Owner of the Workspace starts one payment for one period through Chapa, our payment provider. Nothing is taken from you until you start that payment.

What expiry does. When a paid period ends, a grace period of one day follows. The Workspace keeps working during the grace period. After the grace period the Workspace stops verifying payments until a new period is paid. A free trial that ends earns no grace period, and verification stops on the day the trial ends.

Your records. A Workspace that stops verifying keeps its records. Verification stops. The records do not.

How to stop. Do not renew. The subscription ends at the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is taken. To ask a question about billing, contact us by the email address in section 17. To delete Your Account, use the account settings inside the Applications, the account deletion page of this website, or the same contact details. A started period is not refunded.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To attempt to verify fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose.

8. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate verification results, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided through the Service. Verification results should be used as one factor in your business decisions and should not be the sole basis for accepting or rejecting payments.

We recommend that users maintain their own records and verification procedures as a backup to our Service.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

The availability of verification services depends on the availability of third-party systems and publicly accessible resources. We are not responsible for any delays or failures caused by third-party service providers or financial institutions.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users and third-party trademarks), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sabi and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Sabi.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sabi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Inaccurate or delayed verification results;
• Any business decisions made based on verification results provided by the Service.

12. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Sabi does not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location;
• Any errors or defects will be corrected;
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components;
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements;
• Verification results will be 100% accurate or complete.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sabi and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right;
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, delete it from the account settings inside the Applications, delete it on the account deletion page of this website, or contact us to request account deletion.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

እባክዎ በSabi LLC ("እኛ"፣ "የእኛ") የሚተዳደረውን Tally ("አገልግሎቱ") ከመጠቀምዎ በፊት እነዚህን የአገልግሎት ውሎች ("ውሎች"፣ "የአገልግሎት ውሎች") በጥንቃቄ ያንብቡ።

አገልግሎቱን መድረስዎ እና መጠቀምዎ እነዚህን ውሎች በመቀበልዎ እና በማክበርዎ ላይ የተመሰረተ ነው። እነዚህ ውሎች አገልግሎቱን በሚደርሱ ወይም በሚጠቀሙ ሁሉም ጎብኚዎች፣ ተጠቃሚዎች እና ሌሎች ላይ ተፈጻሚ ይሆናሉ።

አገልግሎቱን በመድረስ ወይም በመጠቀም በእነዚህ ውሎች ለመገዛት ተስማምተዋል። ከውሎቹ ማንኛውም ክፍል ጋር ካልተስማሙ አገልግሎቱን መድረስ አይችሉም።

1. የአገልግሎቱ መግለጫ

Tally ንግዶች የባንክ ዝውውሮችን እና የሞባይል ገንዘብ ክፍያዎችን እንዲያረጋግጡ የሚያግዝ የክፍያ ማረጋገጫ አገልግሎት ነው። አገልግሎቱ ተጠቃሚዎች የክፍያ ዝርዝሮችን ለማረጋገጥ የQR ኮዶችን እንዲቃኙ ወይም የግብይት ማመሳከሪያ ቁጥሮችን እንዲያስገቡ ያስችላል።

Tally የሂሳብ መዝገብ መሣሪያ ነው። ክፍያ መድረሱን ለማረጋገጥ የባንክ ወይም የዋሌት ደረሰኝን ያነባል፤ ሽያጩንም ይመዘግባል። Tally ገንዘብ ፈጽሞ አይይዝም፣ አያንቀሳቅስም ወይም አያስተላልፍም። Tally ባንክ፣ የክፍያ አቅራቢ ወይም የገንዘብ ተቋም አይደለም።

2. የሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎቶች እና ነጻነት

3. የማረጋገጫ ዘዴዎች

አገልግሎታችን በይፋ የሚገኙ ሀብቶችን እና በይነገጾችን በመጠቀም የክፍያ ማረጋገጫ ያካሂዳል። በተለይም፦

• ለግብይት ማረጋገጫ ዓላማ የገንዘብ ተቋማት በይፋ የሚያቀርቧቸውን የማረጋገጫ መዳረሻዎች እና APIዎች እንጠቀማለን።
• የየትኛውም ባንክ ውስጣዊ ስርዓት፣ የመረጃ ቋት ወይም የባለቤትነት መረጃ ቀጥተኛ መዳረሻ የለንም።
• የማረጋገጫ ውጤቶች በይፋ በሚገኝ የግብይት መረጃ ላይ የተመሰረቱ ናቸው። በየገንዘብ ተቋማቱ በሚጣሉ መዘግየቶች ወይም ገደቦች ሊጎዱ ይችላሉ።
• ለግብይት ማረጋገጫ ከሚያስፈልገው በላይ የባንክ መግቢያዎን፣ የሂሳብ ቀሪዎን ወይም ሚስጥራዊ የገንዘብ መረጃዎን አናከማችም፣ አናስኬድም፣ መዳረሻም የለንም።

4. የሶስተኛ ወገን የንግድ ምልክቶች እና አርማዎች አጠቃቀም

አገልግሎቱ የተለያዩ ባንኮችን እና የገንዘብ ተቋማትን አርማዎች እና ስሞች ያሳያል። እነዚህ በሚከተሉት ሁኔታዎች ስር ይጠቀማሉ፦

• በአገልግሎቱ ውስጥ የሚታዩ ሁሉም የባንክ አርማዎች፣ ስሞች እና የንግድ ምልክቶች የየራሳቸው ባለቤቶች ንብረት ናቸው።
• የሚደገፉ የክፍያ ማረጋገጫ አገልግሎቶችን ለመለየት ብቻ በይፋ የሚገኙ የእነዚህን አርማዎች ቅጂዎች እንጠቀማለን።
• እንዲህ ያለው አጠቃቀም በTally እና በእነዚህ ተቋማት መካከል ማንኛውንም ድጋፍ፣ ሽርክና ወይም ግንኙነት አያመለክትም።
• ማንኛውም የንግድ ምልክት ባለቤት ምልክቱን በመጠቀማችን ላይ ተቃውሞ ካቀረበ፣ በጽሑፍ ጥያቄ መሰረት አጠቃቀሙን በአስቸኳይ እናስወግዳለን ወይም እናስተካክላለን።

5. መለያዎች እና የስራ ቦታዎች

ከእኛ ጋር መለያ ወይም የስራ ቦታ ሲፈጥሩ ትክክለኛ፣ የተሟላ እና ወቅታዊ መረጃ መስጠት አለብዎት። ይህን አለማድረግ የውሎቹ ጥሰት ሲሆን መለያዎ ወዲያውኑ እንዲቋረጥ ሊያደርግ ይችላል።

አገልግሎቱን ለመድረስ የሚጠቀሙትን የይለፍ ቃል እና የስራ ቦታ ኮዶች የመጠበቅ ኃላፊነት የእርስዎ ነው። በመለያዎ ስር ለሚከናወኑ ማናቸውም እንቅስቃሴዎች ወይም ድርጊቶችም ኃላፊነቱ የእርስዎ ነው።

የይለፍ ቃልዎን ወይም የስራ ቦታ ኮዶችዎን ለማንኛውም ሶስተኛ ወገን ላለማሳወቅ ተስማምተዋል። ማንኛውንም የደህንነት ጥሰት ወይም ያልተፈቀደ የመለያ አጠቃቀም እንዳወቁ ወዲያውኑ ሊያሳውቁን ይገባል።

6. የደንበኝነት ምዝገባ እና ክፍያ

Tally በደንበኝነት ምዝገባ ይሸጣል። እያንዳንዱ የስራ ቦታ በተሰየመ እቅድ ላይ ነው። ራሱን የሚመዘግብ የስራ ቦታ በTally Shop ይጀምራል። የስራ ቦታ ወደ ሌላ እቅድ የሚዛወረው በቡድናችን በኩል ነው።

የክፍያ ጊዜ። የደንበኝነት ምዝገባ በወር ይከፈላል። ሩብ ዓመታዊ እና ዓመታዊ ክፍያ ከቡድናችን ጋር ይዘጋጃል።

ዋጋዎች። ዋጋዎች በኢትዮጵያ ብር ናቸው። ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተጨማሪ ይከፈላል። ዋጋ ሊለወጥ ስለሚችል ይህ ገጽ ዋጋ አይገልጽም።

ነፃ ሙከራ። በTally Shop ላይ አዲስ የስራ ቦታ የአንድ ቀን ነፃ ሙከራ ይጀምራል። ሙከራው ክፍያ ወይም ካርድ አይፈልግም።

ክፍያ እንዴት እንደሚሰራ። ካርድ አናከማችም። በራሳችን ተነሳሽነት ፈጽሞ አናስከፍልዎትም። የስራ ቦታው ባለቤት በክፍያ አቅራቢያችን በChapa በኩል ለአንድ ጊዜ አንድ ክፍያ ይጀምራል። ያንን ክፍያ እስኪጀምሩ ድረስ ከእርስዎ ምንም አይወሰድም።

ጊዜው ሲያልፍ ምን እንደሚሆን። የተከፈለበት ጊዜ ሲያልቅ የአንድ ቀን የችሮታ ጊዜ ይከተላል። በችሮታ ጊዜው ውስጥ የስራ ቦታው መስራቱን ይቀጥላል። ከችሮታ ጊዜው በኋላ አዲስ ጊዜ እስኪከፈል ድረስ የስራ ቦታው ክፍያዎችን ማረጋገጡን ያቆማል። የሚያልቅ ነፃ ሙከራ የችሮታ ጊዜ አያገኝም። ሙከራው በሚያልቅበት ቀን ማረጋገጥ ይቆማል።

የእርስዎ መዝገቦች። ማረጋገጥ ያቆመ የስራ ቦታ መዝገቦቹን ይይዛል። ማረጋገጥ ይቆማል። መዝገቦቹ አይቆሙም።

እንዴት ማቆም እንደሚቻል። አያድሱ። የደንበኝነት ምዝገባው አስቀድመው በከፈሉበት ጊዜ መጨረሻ ላይ ያበቃል። ከዚያ በኋላ ምንም አይወሰድም። ስለ ክፍያ ጥያቄ ለመጠየቅ በክፍል 17 ባለው የኢሜይል አድራሻ ያግኙን። መለያዎን ለመሰረዝ በመተግበሪያዎቹ ውስጥ ያለውን የመለያ ቅንብሮች፣ በዚህ ድረ ገጽ ላይ ያለውን የመለያ ስረዛ ገጽ፣ ወይም ተመሳሳዩን የመገናኛ አድራሻ ይጠቀሙ። ለተጀመረ ጊዜ የተከፈለ ክፍያ ተመላሽ አይደረግም።

7. ተቀባይነት ያለው አጠቃቀም

አገልግሎቱን ለሕጋዊ ዓላማዎች ብቻ እና በእነዚህ ውሎች መሰረት ለመጠቀም ተስማምተዋል። አገልግሎቱን ላለመጠቀም ተስማምተዋል፦

• ማንኛውንም ተፈጻሚ ብሔራዊ ወይም ዓለም አቀፍ ሕግ ወይም ደንብ በሚጥስ በማንኛውም መንገድ።
• የማጭበርበር ወይም ያልተፈቀዱ ግብይቶችን ለማረጋገጥ ለመሞከር።
• ኩባንያውን፣ የኩባንያውን ሠራተኛ፣ ሌላ ተጠቃሚን ወይም ማንኛውንም ሌላ ሰው ወይም አካል ለመምሰል ወይም ለመምሰል ለመሞከር።
• የማንኛውንም ሰው የአገልግሎቱ አጠቃቀም የሚገድብ ወይም የሚያደናቅፍ በማንኛውም ተግባር ለመሳተፍ።
• የአገልግሎቱን ማንኛውንም ክፍል ወይም ከአገልግሎቱ ጋር የተገናኘ ማንኛውንም አገልጋይ፣ ኮምፒውተር ወይም የመረጃ ቋት ያለፈቃድ ለመድረስ፣ ለማወክ፣ ለመጉዳት ወይም ለማስተጓጎል ለመሞከር።
• አገልግሎቱን ለማንኛውም ዓላማ ለመድረስ ማንኛውንም ሮቦት፣ ስፓይደር ወይም ሌላ አውቶማቲክ መሳሪያ፣ ሂደት ወይም ዘዴ ለመጠቀም።

8. የመረጃ ትክክለኛነት

ትክክለኛ የማረጋገጫ ውጤቶችን ለመስጠት ብንጥርም በአገልግሎቱ በኩል የሚቀርበውን መረጃ ትክክለኛነት፣ ሙሉነት ወይም ወቅታዊነት ዋስትና መስጠት አንችልም። የማረጋገጫ ውጤቶች በንግድ ውሳኔዎችዎ ውስጥ እንደ አንድ ግብዓት ሊያገለግሉ ይገባል። ክፍያዎችን ለመቀበል ወይም ላለመቀበል ብቸኛ መሰረት ሊሆኑ አይገባም።

ተጠቃሚዎች ለአገልግሎታችን እንደ ተጠባባቂ የራሳቸውን መዝገቦች እና የማረጋገጫ ሂደቶች እንዲይዙ እንመክራለን።

9. የአገልግሎት ተገኝነት

አገልግሎቱ በሁሉም ጊዜ እንደሚገኝ ዋስትና አንሰጥም። የሃርድዌር፣ የሶፍትዌር ወይም ሌሎች ችግሮች ሊያጋጥሙን ወይም ከአገልግሎቱ ጋር የተያያዘ ጥገና ማካሄድ ሊያስፈልገን ይችላል። ይህም መቋረጥ፣ መዘግየት ወይም ስህተት ያስከትላል።

የማረጋገጫ አገልግሎቶች ተገኝነት በሶስተኛ ወገን ስርዓቶች እና በይፋ በሚገኙ ሀብቶች ተገኝነት ላይ የተመሰረተ ነው። በሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎት አቅራቢዎች ወይም በገንዘብ ተቋማት ለሚከሰቱ መዘግየቶች ወይም ውድቀቶች ኃላፊነት አንወስድም።

10. የአዕምሮ ንብረት

አገልግሎቱ እና የመጀመሪያ ይዘቱ (በተጠቃሚዎች የቀረበ ይዘት እና የሶስተኛ ወገን የንግድ ምልክቶች ሳይጨመሩ)፣ ባህሪያቱ እና ተግባራቱ የSabi እና የፈቃድ ሰጪዎቹ ብቸኛ ንብረት ናቸው። እንዲሁም ሆነው ይቀጥላሉ።

የእኛ የንግድ ምልክቶች እና የንግድ አቀራረብ ያለ Sabi ቅድሚያ የጽሑፍ ፈቃድ ከማንኛውም ምርት ወይም አገልግሎት ጋር በተያያዘ ሊጠቀሙ አይችሉም።

11. የኃላፊነት ገደብ

በምንም ሁኔታ Sabi፣ ዳይሬክተሮቹ፣ ሠራተኞቹ፣ አጋሮቹ፣ ወኪሎቹ፣ አቅራቢዎቹ ወይም ተባባሪዎቹ ከሚከተሉት ለሚመነጩ ማናቸውም ቀጥተኛ ያልሆኑ፣ አጋጣሚያዊ፣ ልዩ፣ ተከታይ ወይም የቅጣት ጉዳቶች ኃላፊነት አይወስዱም። ይህም ያለ ገደብ የትርፍ፣ የመረጃ፣ የአጠቃቀም፣ የመልካም ስም ወይም ሌሎች የማይዳሰሱ ኪሳራዎችን ይጨምራል፦

• አገልግሎቱን መድረስዎ ወይም መጠቀምዎ፣ ወይም አገልግሎቱን መድረስ ወይም መጠቀም አለመቻልዎ።
• በአገልግሎቱ ላይ የማንኛውም ሶስተኛ ወገን ማንኛውም ተግባር ወይም ይዘት።
• ከአገልግሎቱ የተገኘ ማንኛውም ይዘት።
• የመልእክቶችዎ ወይም የይዘትዎ ያልተፈቀደ መዳረሻ፣ አጠቃቀም ወይም ለውጥ።
• ትክክል ያልሆኑ ወይም የዘገዩ የማረጋገጫ ውጤቶች።
• አገልግሎቱ በሰጣቸው የማረጋገጫ ውጤቶች ላይ ተመስርተው የተወሰዱ ማናቸውም የንግድ ውሳኔዎች።

12. የኃላፊነት ማስተባበያ

አገልግሎቱን መጠቀምዎ በራስዎ ኃላፊነት ብቻ ነው። አገልግሎቱ "እንዳለ" እና "እንደሚገኝ" መሰረት ይቀርባል። አገልግሎቱ ግልጽ ወይም ስውር የሆነ ማንኛውም ዓይነት ዋስትና ሳይኖረው ይቀርባል። ይህም ያለ ገደብ የንግድ ብቁነት፣ ለተወሰነ ዓላማ መስማማት፣ አለመጣስ ወይም የአፈጻጸም ሂደት ስውር ዋስትናዎችን ይጨምራል።

Sabi የሚከተሉትን ዋስትና አይሰጥም፦

• አገልግሎቱ ሳይቋረጥ፣ በደህንነት ወይም በማንኛውም ጊዜ ወይም ቦታ እንደሚገኝ።
• ማናቸውም ስህተቶች ወይም ጉድለቶች እንደሚስተካከሉ።
• አገልግሎቱ ከቫይረሶች ወይም ከሌሎች ጎጂ አካላት ነጻ እንደሆነ።
• አገልግሎቱን የመጠቀም ውጤቶች መስፈርቶችዎን እንደሚያሟሉ።
• የማረጋገጫ ውጤቶች 100% ትክክለኛ ወይም የተሟሉ እንደሚሆኑ።

13. የካሳ ክፍያ

Sabiን፣ የፈቃድ ተቀባዮቹን እና የፈቃድ ሰጪዎቹን፣ እንዲሁም ሠራተኞቻቸውን፣ ተቋራጮቻቸውን፣ ወኪሎቻቸውን፣ ኃላፊዎቻቸውን እና ዳይሬክተሮቻቸውን ከሚከተሉት ከሚመነጩ ማናቸውም እና ሁሉም ክሶች፣ ጉዳቶች፣ ግዴታዎች፣ ኪሳራዎች፣ ተጠያቂነቶች፣ ወጪዎች ወይም ዕዳዎች (የጠበቃ ክፍያን ጨምሮ ግን በዚያ ሳይወሰን) ለመከላከል፣ ካሳ ለመክፈል እና ከጉዳት ለመጠበቅ ተስማምተዋል፦

• አገልግሎቱን መጠቀምዎ እና መድረስዎ።
• ከእነዚህ ውሎች ማንኛውንም ውል መጣስዎ።
• ማንኛውንም የሶስተኛ ወገን መብት መጣስዎ። ይህም ያለ ገደብ ማንኛውንም የአዕምሮ ንብረት መብት ወይም የግላዊነት መብት ይጨምራል።
• አገልግሎቱን መጠቀምዎ በሶስተኛ ወገን ላይ ጉዳት አድርሷል የሚል ማንኛውም ክስ።

14. ማቋረጥ

ውሎቹን ቢጥሱ ጨምሮ ያለ ገደብ በማንኛውም ምክንያት፣ ያለ ቅድሚያ ማስታወቂያ ወይም ተጠያቂነት መለያዎን ወዲያውኑ ልናቋርጥ ወይም ልናግድ እንችላለን።

ሲቋረጥ አገልግሎቱን የመጠቀም መብትዎ ወዲያውኑ ያበቃል። መለያዎን ማቋረጥ ከፈለጉ አገልግሎቱን መጠቀም ማቆም፣ በመተግበሪያዎቹ ውስጥ ካለው የመለያ ቅንብሮች መሰረዝ፣ በዚህ ድረ ገጽ ላይ ካለው የመለያ ስረዛ ገጽ መሰረዝ፣ ወይም መለያዎ እንዲሰረዝ ለመጠየቅ ሊያገኙን ይችላሉ።

15. የሚመራበት ሕግ

እነዚህ ውሎች የሕግ ግጭት ድንጋጌዎችን ሳይመለከቱ በተፈጻሚ ሕጎች መሰረት ይመራሉ እና ይተረጎማሉ።

ከእነዚህ ውሎች ማንኛውንም መብት ወይም ድንጋጌ አለማስፈጸማችን የእነዚያ መብቶች ተወው እንደተባለ አይቆጠርም። ከእነዚህ ውሎች ማንኛውም ድንጋጌ በፍርድ ቤት ተቀባይነት የለውም ወይም ተፈጻሚ አይሆንም ተብሎ ከተወሰነ የቀሩት የእነዚህ ውሎች ድንጋጌዎች ተፈጻሚ ሆነው ይቀጥላሉ።

16. የውሎች ለውጦች

እነዚህን ውሎች በማንኛውም ጊዜ የማሻሻል ወይም የመተካት መብት በራሳችን ውሳኔ ተጠብቆልናል። ማሻሻያው ጉልህ ከሆነ አዲሶቹ ውሎች ተግባራዊ ከመሆናቸው በፊት ቢያንስ የ30 ቀን ማስታወቂያ ለመስጠት እንሞክራለን። ጉልህ ለውጥ ምን እንደሆነ በራሳችን ውሳኔ ይወሰናል።

እነዚያ ማሻሻያዎች ተግባራዊ ከሆኑ በኋላ አገልግሎታችንን መድረስ ወይም መጠቀም በመቀጠል በተሻሻሉት ውሎች ለመገዛት ተስማምተዋል። በአዲሶቹ ውሎች ካልተስማሙ አገልግሎቱን መጠቀም ያቁሙ።
